Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the following provisions:
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
1.2. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing within the withdrawal period.
1.3. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
2.2. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
2.3. The following costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund where applicable:
- Original shipping costs incurred by the Seller to dispatch the order.
- Return shipping costs, if borne by the Seller.
- Customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, and any other fees that the Seller is required to pay under EU law in connection with the return of the goods.
3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
3.1. The Customer is solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country.
3.2. Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed at checkout.
3.3. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays, refusals, or additional costs arising from customs clearance.
4. Refusal of Delivery
4.1. In the event that the Customer refuses delivery of the parcel, or fails to complete the payment of customs duties or related import charges, the parcel may be returned to the Seller.
4.2. In such cases, the Seller shall deduct from the refund amount all costs incurred, including but not limited to:
- The original outbound shipping cost.
- Return shipping charges imposed by the carrier.
- Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees that the Seller is required to pay for the return of the goods.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
5.1. Should the Customer receive goods that are defective or not in conformity with the contract, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing photographic evidence where applicable.
5.2. Upon verification, the Seller shall either replace the goods or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
