What if your machine stopped fighting your skin — and started listening to it?

Most wireless rotary pens share the same flaw: a direct-drive motor that hits at a fixed rate, regardless of what the skin is doing. The result is a rigid, unforgiving stroke — too stiff for artists used to coil-like feedback, too punishing for artists still developing their depth awareness.

REVO is built around a fundamentally different idea. K-PULSE™ drive gives the machine mechanical give — allowing the drive system to respond to skin resistance in real time. Less trauma. Cleaner penetration. Better healing.

And now, for the first time in any wireless pen: two mechanical modes in one machine. Switch between them mid-session. No tools. No disassembly. Just hold + and − for 2 seconds.

Powered by

K-PULSE™

K-PULSE™ is a new category of drive mechanism — not direct drive, not swash plate. Utility Patent Filed. Built from the ground up around how skin actually works.

Every other wireless pen drives the needle at a fixed rate — it doesn’t know or care what the skin is doing. K-PULSE™ changes that. The drive system responds to resistance at the moment of penetration, the same way a coil machine naturally does. The result is a smoother, cleaner stroke that artists feel immediately — without changing anything about how they work.

Smoother Entry

Needle movement adapts to skin tension rather than punching through at a fixed rate.

Result:

• cleaner first pass

• less resistance

• reduced trauma

Consistent Depth

Mechanically stabilised motion means every stroke behaves the same.

Result:

• No spring variance.

• No surprises at different voltages.

• The line you imagine is the line that lands.

Quiet & Stable

No spring tension means reduced vibration and quieter operation.

REVO stays predictable across skin types, session lengths, and voltage settings — without extra hand pressure.

Faster Client Healing

Less mechanical aggression during the session means less inflammation after.

Result:

• Clients heal faster — better results in photos

• Better word-of-mouth

• More repeat bookings.

GIVE Switch

Two mechanical modes built into every REVO. Switch mid-session — hold + and − simultaneously for 2 seconds. No tools. No disassembly.

GIVE ON

Full K-PULSE™ character

Sharper, more concentrated hit at penetration. The machine responds to skin resistance with tactile feedback.

Best for: lining, fine detail, realism, depth-sensitive work

GIVE OFF

Smooth, sustained push

Less snap, more consistent forward pressure through the stroke. Pushes through resistance without concentrated impact.

Best for: solid colour packing, large magnums, whipshading

Standard on all new REVO units. Already own a REVO? Contact us to arrange a firmware update.

MOTOR GUARD

Active stall protection

If the motor stalls, power cuts within 1 second. Motor survives. Restart and continue. Always active — no setup required.

What's in the Box.

Every REVO ships as a complete professional kit. No separate charger to hunt down. No scrambling for a second battery mid-session. Everything you need, day one.

Which Weight Is Right for You?

REVO comes in two body weights, with an optional stainless steel grip — giving you four total configurations from 170g to 260g. Every gram is intentional.

170g

Light Body + Aluminium Grip

Best for: long sessions, fine line work, realism, and artists who prioritise hand health. The most popular configuration.

195g

Heavy Body + Aluminium Grip

Best for: deliberate, confident line work. More heft in the barrel without grip weight. Good middle ground.

235g

Light Body + Steel Grip

Best for: shading and colour packing. Light body with weight concentrated at the grip — a balance many shading artists prefer.

260g

Heavy Body + Steel Grip

Best for: maximum stability and feel. The heaviest configuration. For artists who know they want weight throughout the machine.

What artists are saying

“Best pen I’ve EVER used. I’ve wasted money on about 20 of them. Since my first use of REVO I’ve not even looked at another machine. This is THE BEST OF THE BEST.” — @chad.addictiveink

“I’ll leave my two cents. If anyone’s still hesitating — I’ve been working with it for over a year, still rocking the last prototype doing all type of work. Lines, big mags, solid packing, greywash. I swore to myself I’d never switch to pen machines but Revo just won my heart.” — @pietro.stigmata

“I never thought I will like a pen machine ever. This one is just perfect.” — @jeanmarie_tattoo

“Mate I didn’t think it was possible, but you just made the best pen even better. The no-give option is insane! I used the 3.8 stroke today and I’ve never tattooed more comfortably ever before. I had 3 machines ready to go for a huge tattoo but only used the Revo. I did everything with it; lining, packing, whipshading, greywash. I kept switching between give and no give for certain techniques and everything went in so easily. I think today I did my most technically advanced tattoo yet. I am absolutely flabbergasted with how good the machine is.” — @tomhamel_tattoo

“14 rl so easy!! So happy still… my linework is GREATLY improved.” — @josephbrycetattoo

“I’m extremely impressed how good of a liner REVO is! Well done!” — @lukaskaytattoo

For Experienced Artists

The consistency to build a session around.

When you’ve developed your technique, you need a machine that stays out of the way. K-PULSE™ gives you repeatable, predictable strokes — every pass behaves the same regardless of skin type, session length, or voltage. No surprises mid-line. No compensating for mechanical variance. Just your hand, your technique, and the work.

For Artists Developing Their Technique

Honest feedback. No extra difficulty.

A great machine shouldn’t hide your mistakes — but it shouldn’t create extra ones either. REVO’s K-PULSE™ system gives you clean, readable feedback on depth, pressure, and speed without adding mechanical noise. Learn faster. Understand your touch better. Build confidence that transfers to any machine you’ll ever pick up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every standard wireless rotary pen uses a direct-drive motor — it hits at a fixed rate regardless of what the skin is doing. That’s where the “stiff” or “rigid” feel comes from. K-PULSE™ is a utility patent filed drive system that allows the drive to respond to skin resistance. The needle doesn’t punch — it enters with controlled, adaptive behaviour. The result is a feel that artists describe as closer to a coil machine, with all the convenience of wireless.

3.2–3.5mm — Fine lines, small details, solid blackwork, realism. Best where depth control is critical.
170g (light body, aluminium grip) — most popular, best for long sessions and fine detail. 195g (heavy body, aluminium grip) — more heft in the barrel. Add the steel grip (+65g, €50) for weight at the point of grip, which many shading artists prefer. Maximum total is 260g (heavy body + steel grip).

Yes — and GIVE Switch gives you precise control over how it performs for each technique.

With GIVE ON, the K-PULSE™ drive delivers a sharper, more concentrated hit at penetration — ideal for lining, fine detail, and realism.

With GIVE OFF, the drive behaviour shifts to a smooth, sustained push — better for solid colour packing, large magnums, and whipshading.

Switch between modes by holding + and − simultaneously for 2 seconds. No tools. No disassembly.

GIVE ON and GIVE OFF are two mechanical modes built into the K-PULSE™ drive. They change how the machine physically behaves — not through software or voltage, but through the drive mechanism itself.

GIVE ON delivers the full K-PULSE™ character: a sharper, more concentrated hit at the moment of penetration. The machine responds to skin resistance with tactile feedback. Best for lining, fine detail, realism, and depth-sensitive work.

GIVE OFF provides a smooth, sustained push through the stroke. Less snap, more consistent forward pressure. Best for solid colour packing, large magnums, and whipshading.

Switch between them mid-session by holding + and − simultaneously for 2 seconds. No tools. No disassembly.

Each 2600 mAh battery delivers up to 12 hours depending on your voltage setting and needle grouping. Since every kit includes two batteries and a dual-slot Efest Slim K2 charger, you have effectively unlimited runtime — swap the battery when it’s low and keep working while it recharges. No downtime, even in full-day sessions.

Not a trend. Not a rebrand. A different approach.

Built from the ground up around motion, stability, and how skin actually behaves. Utility Patent Filed. No hype. Engineering you can feel from the first stroke.

The Best Tattoo Machine I’ve Ever Used

11/06/2026

I’ve been working with the REVO since the very first prototypes and was involved in its testing from the beginning. Over the years, I’ve tried many different tattoo machines, and in my opinion, the REVO is one of the best.

The first thing worth mentioning is the balance. The machine feels extremely comfortable in the hand, and even after long sessions, hand fatigue is minimal. For me, this is one of the most important factors in everyday work.

Battery life is also excellent — a single charge easily lasts through a full session and beyond.

But the biggest advantage of the REVO is its hit. I use the 4.2 mm stroke version with different types and configurations of cartridges, and the machine handles every task with confidence. Lining, blackwork, packing, and greywash — everything feels stable, predictable, and consistent.

The hit is powerful and well-controlled, while still being very gentle on the skin. This combination makes it a truly versatile tool for large-scale projects and long sessions.

I highly recommend the REVO to any artist looking for a reliable, comfortable, and versatile machine for everyday professional use.

Not another pen

10/06/2026

I was pretty sceptical at first and kinda force myself to try it, since then it became my daily use machine.

After 15 years of tattooing everything became the same and each time it’s very hard to surprise tattoo artist with strong experience, this machine gave me the feeling like I work with something completely new,it gave me that fresh sensation like I had at the beginning of my tattoo career when I tried a lot of different equipment.

So I highly recommend at least to try this beast and let your other tattoo machine collect the dust!

My best tattoo machine

10/06/2026

This tattoo machine is sure to pleasantly surprise you—it’s priced well below its true value. I’ve used various tattoo machines, such as Cheyenne, Acus, Critical Torque, and others, and I rank the RS REVO 3.5 as my top choice; it’s my primary tool for everyday work. It has a very stable stroke, making it perfect for shading with fine outlines, working on small details and textures, and for long, thin lines/fine lines. It’s also great for shading—you really have to feel it for yourself. It feels as if the coil tattoo machine has been integrated into the pen. The stroke is soft and seems to provide feedback, just like when working with coils, which allows you to create various types of shading very quickly and without causing trauma.

The battery is very powerful; you’ll definitely get through two 7–8-hour sessions.

Overall, this machine is very well-made; it fits comfortably in your hand, as if it’s begging to be used. You really forget about all the settings and get absorbed in the work process.

I was also very pleased with the service and support team. The guys are always available, which is great because it shows they take their responsibilities seriously.

Buy it and enjoy sessions! 🙌

A lot of power packed into a compact machine! ✨

After just a few tattoos, I really fell in love with the Revo. I mainly use it for fine lines, dotwork, and blackwork, and my favorite stroke is 4.2.

One feature I really enjoy is the ability to switch modes, I use them most often when lining. As a woman, I’m especially happy to have found a small pen machine that doesn’t put strain on my wrist. The battery has never died on me before the end of a session, and I usually work on larger pieces.

It also performs beautifully when it comes to smooth shading.

Highly recommended 🖤🖤🖤
